Susan Guest is the founder of HumanU + AI, a subsidiary of her consulting company, Guest Talent. Although HumanU + AI is a new name to many, Guest Talent has been in business for more than 15 years.
Susan became interested in generative AI several years ago and has trained with Josh Cavalier, a pioneering leader in learning and development, in addition to self-directed and experiential learning.
Susan invited her colleague from a long-term learning program, Erin Fry, to join her in this endeavor. Erin's complementary skill sets in communication, marketing, and project management have enabled this team to get off the ground quickly.
Susan's background is in learning and development, change, and organizational transformation. With her teams, she has led the creation of hundreds of learning programs for her clients in her long career as a learning leader and change consultant on critical skills from leadership to new technology. Susan's clients span Fortune 100 companies in many industries to not-for-profit organizations.
With an extensive background in learning and development, Susan and her team of experts assess and prioritize needs and determine the most effective way to build those skills.
